Abdulhafeez Al-Khunaizi conducted extensive technical studies and field visits across leading industrial nations—including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan—focusing on iron, steel, and aluminum metallurgy.

Establishing an integrated industrial complex in Dammam 2nd Industrial City with capital investment support from the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa'ed), TRUOS Factory for Industrial Services pioneered the recycling of high-grade scrap metals and precision machining of complex gears, axles, flanges, and engine components inside the Kingdom.
